I never received the item, so I have to say my experience using it was nonexistent. The item never came, and only two of my approximately 5 inquiries were answered (not satisfactorily, I should add). I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. I’ve still yet to see the product. I’ll do a lot to work with a company and do my part to keep a seller informed from my end, but this transaction was poorly handled, if it can be said to have been handled at all.
